8 | ounces | Deli chicken salad | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | blue cheese, crumbled | |

|||
2 | Tablespoons | smoked almonds, chopped | |
|
Line individual serving plates with lettuce leaves.
Arrange pear slices in fan shape over lettuce; spoon chicken salad onto bottom of each pear fan.
Sprinkle with crumbled cheese and almonds; serve at once.
