1/4 | teaspoon | onion powder | |

1 | cup | buttermilk | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | green onions, finely chopped | |

3 | tablespoons | canola oil | |
|
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and onion powder. In another bowl, combine buttermilk, onions and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Drop by heaping tablespoons onto baking sheets coated with nonstick spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 14-18 minutes or until golden brown.
